How it works

Scans are tracked directly through Invisalign (iTero)
Performance is measured per scanner, not per office
This ensures every office, regardless of size, has an equal opportunity to succeed

Monthly

Team Lunch

Any office that reaches 50 wellness scans per scanner in a month earns a team lunch, provided by Gen4.

Reward Process

Office qualifies based on scan count
Office is notified of eligibility
Office purchases team lunch using office corporate card

Office Winner Prize

$2,000

Each quarter, one top-performing team receives a combined prize valued at $2,000 ($1,000 in Align supplies + $1,000 office reward).

$1,000 in Align supplies — no ordering required (fulfilled automatically)
$1,000 Office Reward — team activity, food, or item of office's choosing
